Terms of Service
Who These Terms Apply To
By visiting desertvalleycontracting.net or contacting Desert Valley Contracting Inc, you agree to the terms described on this page. These terms apply to anyone who requests an estimate, submits a contact form, or enters into a service agreement with us. The address of record for Desert Valley Contracting Inc is 3808 N Octagon Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89030.
Estimates and Service Agreements
Any estimate provided by Desert Valley Contracting Inc, whether delivered in person, by phone, or in writing, is not a binding contract. An estimate reflects our assessment of scope and cost at the time it is prepared, based on visible and accessible conditions. Actual scope can change once work begins and concealed damage is uncovered. A signed work-authorization form is required before any service begins, and that signed document governs the terms of the actual service relationship. If scope changes materially during the project, a written change order will be issued before additional work proceeds.
Service Area
Desert Valley Contracting Inc operates in the greater Las Vegas metropolitan area and surrounding communities in Nevada. We do not guarantee availability for locations outside our established service area. If you contact us from outside that area, we will let you know promptly rather than schedule a visit we cannot reliably staff.
Payment Terms and Accepted Methods
Payment terms are specified in the signed work-authorization form for each project. We accept payment by check, major credit cards, and electronic transfer unless otherwise noted in your agreement. For insurance-related work, we coordinate billing with your carrier as authorized in writing by you. Any balance not covered by an insurance payment remains the responsibility of the property owner or authorized representative. Delinquent balances may be subject to collection proceedings consistent with Nevada law.
Insurance Coordination
When you authorize us in writing to communicate with your insurance carrier, we will document the loss, photograph affected materials, and provide the documentation your adjuster requires. We do not guarantee any specific insurance outcome, and our coordination role does not constitute legal or public-adjuster representation. The scope of covered work is determined by your carrier, not by Desert Valley Contracting Inc.
Liability and Licensing
Desert Valley Contracting Inc operates as a licensed contractor under Nevada state regulations. Our liability is limited to the scope of work described in the signed work-authorization form. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, concealed damage not reasonably discoverable during the estimate process, or conditions caused by events outside our control after work is completed. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be waived under applicable Nevada law.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises from a service we have performed, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct written communication. If that does not resolve the matter, disputes will be handled in accordance with Nevada law and in a venue appropriate to Clark County. The signed work-authorization form for your specific project may contain additional dispute resolution provisions that take precedence over this general statement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at desertvalleycontracting.net. Continued use of the site or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
